Shipping Methods

Courier $15 – Custom products ship within 3 - 4 business days. Courier time is 1 – 5 business days depending on location.  We ship from London, Ontario.

For orders over $50.00, you can upgrade your FREE Regular shipping to Courier for only $5.00.

Regular Mail $7.50 – Custom products ship within 3 - 4 business days.  Mail time is 3 - 10 business days depending on location. 

Of course, delivery is always FREE on orders over $50.00*.

In the event of a holiday, deliveries may be delayed. Although products are produced and shipped as soon as possible, Sterling cannot guarantee delivery times. An alternate delivery method such as Courier may be selected at no additional charge if it is deemed the best method.
